Q: Do you accept checks?
A: No. Checks are not accepted at this time.
Q: How are your costs so low?
A: We have a very tight operating model that allows us to get bundled pricing. We pass that savings on to you. A quick Google Search “how much does it cost to have a junk removal company to remove my (items here)” and you quickly see that we are far below current market rates.
Q: Where can I set the items?
A: You can choose Curb or Outside Garage. It’s preferred to set your items at the curb, but if you have a long driveway and can’t get it to the curb, you can select our Garage pickup location. Items must be OUTSIDE of the garage, not inside. No cars blocking the pile, no steep driveway (our trailers need to be able to safely access if needed), must be visible from front of the house (can’t be behind the house, behind a fence etc).
Q: Can I cancel a pickup?
A: Yes. However, you need to cancel more than 24 hours in advance of your pickup date. You cannot email or call in a cancellation. You must text 608-690-1629 so our scheduling team can take you off our route list. If you do not properly cancel more than 24 hours in advance of your pickup date, you will be charged a trip charge of $45.
Q: Are you contracted by the city?
A: No. We are a private service. We are able to operate at a lower cost where savings can be passed on to the customer. You are free to use your city’s services if available and we encourage you to check with your municipality for options on disposal. We normally do not advertise in areas where the municipal services are sufficient.
Q: When will my items be picked up?
A: Check the date on your flyer. We start picking up items on that day. Please understand delays happen and it may take an extra day or more to get to your pile. We will still honor the same price.
Q: Can I choose a different date outside of what’s on my flyer?
A: No. In order to keep costs as low as possible, we bundle small areas into one pickup date. Other dates you may see as “available” are reserved for other areas.
